Hot Insulation

we are supply and service hot Insulation like Rock wool mattresses (LRB Mattresses), Rock wool Slab, Rock wool Pipe Section, Mineral Wool, fiber glass etc as per company requrietments and temperature

The Insulation is required for environment temp. exceeding 600C. The type of Insulation comes under Hot Insulation. The materials required and generally applied for the Hot Insulation are as under:

Unbonded Glass wool with Handmade Mattresses Upto 400 0C.

Unbonded Mineral wool with Handmade Mattresses Upto 500 0C.

Lightly Resin Bonded (LRB) Rockwool Mattresses with Wirenetting Upto 550 0C.
Calcium Silicate Powder / Slabs: Upto 800 0C.

Ceramic Fiber Blankets: Upto 1000 0C.

Cold Insulation

we are supply and service Cold Insulation like Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Flat Surface, PUF Pipe Section, PUF Spray Insulation (In-Situ), PUF Panels, Nitrite Rubber, Armour, etc. as per company requirements and temperatures,.
The Insulation is required for environment temp. below ambient The type of Insulation comes under Cold Insulation.
The materials required and generally applied for the Cold Insulation are as under: The Insulation can also be done by machine, providing cavity of the required thickness and dispensing the PU Chemicals in defined proportion through dispensing machine where the isothermal reaction takes place and foam is formed. The job can be done at site and the process is called as Pouring In-Situ.
Thermocole: Both in ND and TF quality Upto -20 0C.
Polyurethane Foam: Upto – 200 0C.
Phenolic Foam: Upto – 180 0C.
Nitrile Rubber: Upto – 200 0C It will be interesting to note that the above material can be applied in Block and Pipe Sections by Manual Application process.

Dual Insulation

Dual Insulation is a combination of Hot & Cold Insulation where the process demands are for Hot & Cold Insulation and the process lines and equipment are used for both purposes.
